This piece was used by TxDoT, the Texas Department of Transportation (state agency), to make concrete form liner molds for a series of 90 foot support pillars on new highway flyovers at the intersection of IH-35 and US 290 in Austin.

The Texas State Seal pattern shows the classic Texas Live Oak leaves and acorns on the left and olive leaves and fruit on the right gathered with an intertwined bow.
